In response to the growing demand for a CBSE school in and around Mumbai suburbs, Rajhans Vidyalaya, a CBSE affiliated English medium co-educational school, was founded under the aegis of the Bai Kabibai Trust in 1985. Sworn to excellence, diligence, a collaborative atmosphere, and bolstered with technological infrastructure, Rajhans has evolved from a humble beginning to one of the premier Centres of Learning in the suburbs with around 1600 students and a Junior college offering Science and Commerce streams. Believing in the dictum that learning should be fun and teaching a joy, education in Rajhans is a happy amalgamation of academics, co-curricular activities, fests, sports, celebrations and seamless interaction among the faculty, pupils and guardians. The aim is to make each Rajhansite a proud and contributory member of society. From the delightfully painted walls of the Primary section that greets the tiny tots to the impressive structure of the Secondary section and eventually the laboratory flanked Senior Secondary section - the entire atmosphere of Rajhans permeates with joy, laughter and creativity. Apart from the regular Physics, Chemistry and Biology laboratory for Std. X and XII students, the school also boasts of an Atal Tinkering laboratory which fosters innovative ideas in young minds using robotics. The school reinforces the necessity of a healthy lifestyle through vigorous training in a state-of-the-art Gymnasium with a Rock- Climbing facility. Each day in Rajhans is carefully crafted to bring out the best in the students -be it in the bright and spacious classrooms, across laboratories and libraries, in sports practices or in Saturday Activity Classes. The vigorous mass drill exercises in the morning assemblies, the friendly yet sharp evaluation methods, and above all, the open, interactive sessions in the classrooms contribute to the holistic growth of each child.
