Withdrawal of Admission by the School
The head of the institution reserves the absolute right at his discretion to issue a Transfer Certificate to any pupil if:
- He/She is not satisfied with the general conduct of the student on campus.
- The student is found to practice unfair means in tests and exams.
- If the parents/guardians fail to pay the subsequent installments of the school fee on time, their child/ward is liable to be withdrawn from school after giving due notice to the parent/guardian. Under such circumstances, the caution deposits will be forfeited and the Transfer Certificate will not be issued until the dues are cleared.
- If it is discovered at a later date that any of the information furnished by the parent/guardian in the application form (including the Medical History sheet) is false, the Principal has the right to cancel the admission.
- In matters of admission and issue of the "Transfer Certificate," the decision of the Principal is final and binding on the parents/guardians of the student concerned.
Withdrawal of Child by Parent/Guardian
- Parents intending to withdraw their child from the next session must give prior notice in writing to the Principal not less than 1 month (i.e., by 28th February). Failing this, the security deposit will be forfeited.
- If a parent of a newly admitted student(s) intends to withdraw his/her ward before the completion of the first academic term (April to September) or the consecutive second term (October to March), he/she is liable to pay the full fee prescribed for the whole term (semester).
- For refund calculations, the academic year is deemed to commence on the 1st of April each year. All refund calculations will be made from that date.
- All refunds can be made only after verification of accounts and expenses and will be done between 30 to 60 days from the designated date of withdrawal.
- The application for the Transfer Certificate should be made in writing by the parent or the authorized guardian of the pupil, along with a fee of Rs. 500/-.
- The Transfer Certificate will be issued to those students whose fees and dues have been fully paid for the academic year in which the T.C. is sought.
