The Aryan School, Dehradun Admission Process
After Registration candidates will be notified the date of Common Aptitude Assessment (CAA) and an interaction of the child along with his/her parents with the Principal. As the medium of instruction is English, an understanding of English as well as an English speaking skill is a must for all applicants. Candidates qualifying in the Common Aptitude Assessment will be granted admission, subject to the availability of seats. No admission is granted unless all the requirements are fulfilled. The Admission Committee reserves the right to admit the candidates based on their performance in the Common Aptitude Assessment, interviews, personality, intelligence and other capabilities. The decision of the Admission Committee will be final and binding in all cases. If a candidate fails to appear in the CAA/interview, his/her registration will lapse and the registration fee will be forfeited. However, the admission committee may consider, if justified. Once the candidate is granted admission, he/she is required to fulfill all the formalities and pay the necessary fees within 15 days. If he/she fails to do so, the school is free to offer the seat to the next eligible candidate. Every child is required to submit a fitness certificate by an MBBS doctor. The school, however reserves the right to decide the class in which a child may be placed on admission. The Principal does not bind himself/ herself to furnish any reason for the rejection of any application for admission. A child joining from any other school must carry his/her Transfer Certificate from the previous school accompanied by a Birth Certificate from the Municipality/committee authorities. The date of birth as declared at the time of admission cannot be altered later in the school records

The Aryan School, Dehradun Withdrawal Policy
1. Admission once granted, fees will not be refunded.
2. Before withdrawing it is mandatory to give at least 3 months written notice prior to the end of the academic
year. i.e. latest by 31st December.
3. If the notice period is shorter than 3 months, six months fees (of the following academic year) shall be
charged.
4. In case of withdrawal anytime after the commencement of the academic year, the fees for the full year shall
be charged.
5. School Leaving Certificate (Transfer Certificate) will be issued only after clearance of dues and payment of
amount (s) in favour of the school.
6. Security is refunded according to the school rules mentioned in the school prospectus.
NOTE : All disputes shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction in district of Dehradun to the exclusion of all
other court, form. All other rules as mentioned in the school's prospectus shall be applicable on all the students at
all times.
