- Minimum age limit for class Pre-Nursery is 3 years as on 1st April of the Academic Year in which the admission is being sought. For subsequent classes the eligible age will be reckoned again with reference to 1st April with a proportionate increase over 3 years.
- Formal admission is complete only after the application form has been considered by the Principal, the parent informed of the decision and an Admission Card signed by the Principal is issued. Normally, this is after an interview/entrance test.
- No candidates will be admitted to the school without a Transfer Certificate from the last School which he/she attended and the other required documents.
- The Principal reserves to herself/himself the right to refuse admission to any candidate without furnishing any reasons.

Saint John’s Academy, Allahabad Withdrawal Policy
- For withdrawal of a pupil from the school, a calendar month’s notice must be given in writing, otherwise a calendar months fee will be charged instead.
- The Management, acting through the Principal, reserves the right of resigning the charge of any pupil who is deemed unsatisfactory. In such cases the Principal is not bound to give any reason.
- The school management, acting through the Principal will request the withdrawal of a pupil who fails for two consecutive years in the same class.
- A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) is not issued until all dues of the school are cleared.
- Duplicate copies of transfer certificates are not issued. In special cases such certificates will be issued after proof verification, at a Charge.
