Dr. R.C. Sharma
Chairman
Dr. R.C. Sharma did his undergraduation from Punjab University, M.Sc. (Botany) from B.R. College, Agra, M.Ed. and Ph D. in Education from Vikram University, Ujjain and ED.D. (Doctorate in Education) from Teachers College, Columbia University, New York, U.S.A. He has worked with NCERT & UNESCO in the field of education for more than forty years with around 24 years as Senior Advisor in UNESCO, Bangkok & Paris where he provided advisory services to countries in Asia, Pacific and Africa in developing educational programmes for UN Funding, training of personnel, development of curriculum and materials and assessment/ evaluation of country programmes. Dr. Sharma has received various awards and honours for his contribution to the field of education including Distinguished Leadership Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Education Profession by American Biographical Institute, U.S.A. and entry in Who's Who in International Directory of Distinguished Leadership and Who's Who of India in INFA Publications.
He has authored a number of books and papers including Modern Science Teaching, Source Book on Environmental Education, and Population Education.

Pratibha Sharma, a B.Com. (Honours) graduate from the prestigious Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, completed most of her education abroad, including an MBA from Assumption University, Thailand. She has taught BBA and MBA students in Bangkok and Singapore and brings over 25 years of experience in educational administration and management. Since 1996, she has played a key role in establishing and developing the Ram-Eesh Group of Institutions, contributing significantly to its growth and success.

Mrs. Shikha Singh, the Founder Principal of Ram-Eesh International School, Greater Noida, holds a postgraduate degree and a B.Ed. from H.N.B. University, Dehradun. With nearly 30 years of experience in school education and administration, she is a visionary leader dedicated to nurturing responsible, holistic individuals who are intellectually strong, physically fit, emotionally balanced, socially connected, and spiritually aware. She fosters a learning environment that balances freedom with responsibility, helping students become self-motivated and lifelong learners. Known for her organizational skills, discipline, and collaborative leadership, she promotes teamwork among her staff. She serves as the Vice President of the Principals Association of Noida/Greater Noida, CBSE City Coordinator for Greater Noida, Resource Person for CBSE Noida, Vice President of the Unaided Recognized Public Schools Association, GB Nagar, and is an active member of IPN. Her outstanding contributions to education have earned her several accolades, including the Atal Samman, Uttarakhand Ratan Award, Outstanding Leadership Award by Maharishi University, and the Excellence in Instructional Leadership Award at the 15th Education Summit in New Delhi, 2023.
