Separate criteria exist for the admission of Nursery and K.G classes where the age of a child should be between 3 yrs and 4 yrs. Children are admitted to these classes on production of a birth certificate issued by the Competent Authority and on the basis of an interview of the child together with his/her parents. The interview with the parents is conducted to appraise them of their involvement with their wards at home to ensure better students.
Competent Authority means Registrar Births & Deaths or the Chief Medical Officer in their respective jurisdiction. A student seeking admission to any class in this school will be eligible for the admission to that class only if he/she:-
- Has been studying in any recognized school affiliated with the Board of Secondary Education in India.
- Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying exam. making him eligible for admission to that class.
- Satisfies the requirement of age limit as determined by the State Govt. of UP. The age of a child should be 5 yrs or more at the time of admission to class I and subsequent for higher classes.

⦁ A written notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the school office by the 10th of the month, with one month’s advance notice.
⦁ Failure to provide this notice will result in the fees for the current month and the next month will be charged.
⦁ The School Leaving Certificate will be issued after seven (7) days of receiving the application, provided all dues are cleared and the student has obtained clearance from the library, sports department, language lab, science lab, social science lab, and math lab.
Nilgiri Hills Public School, Sector 50, Noida Sibling Concession Policy
Concessions in the composite fee shall be granted to the second and subsequent children of the same parent, as per the following structure:
⦁ Nursery, LKG & UKG: ₹250/- per month
⦁ Classes I to X: ₹415/- per month
⦁ Classes XI & XII: ₹165/- per month
This concession is applicable annually and is extended to promote and support families with more than one child studying at our institution.
For availing the concession, parents are required to submit valid proof of sibling enrollment at the time of admission or fee payment.
