- If a student needs to leave the school, one calendar months’ notice is required, or one month's tuition must be paid in its place. In the event of a rapid transfer of military troops, an exception may be given.
- Transfer certificates for withdrawn students won't be given out until all debts have been paid.
- For reasons linked to physical violence, verbal or physical abuse, theft, or any other major crime, students may be asked to leave the school.
- If a parent wishes to remove his or her child from school after an academic session has ended, the parent must submit an application for a Transfer Certificate to the school office on or before March 31. If this doesn't happen, the charge for one quarter of the year must be paid by the Parents.
