Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Form 

We always believe in excellence in everything which involves the overall child journey with us. However, we understand that a student may have to leave for various reasons and expect a notice a month in advance from the admissions/parent relations team. The parent relations team would share the form to start the process of exit formalities before issuing the Transfer Certificate. For the exit in between the quarters, the parent shall clear the complete quarter payment.

Withdrawal and Refund Procedure
  • Parents wishing to withdraw their child/children from school must write to the Parent Relations Officer to issue the School Transfer Certificate.
  • Students being asked to leave the school on disciplinary grounds in the middle of the semester must pay the Fee for the entire Quarter. It shall be adjusted against the Security Deposit.  
  •  Refunds for pass-outs/ withdrawals/ transfers (including the middle of semester withdrawals) shall be processed within 60 days of the student's exit date after adjusting unpaid dues. 
  • Transfer Certificates -Transfer Certificates are issued once the student's dues to the school have been fully paid and settled. All school assets/resources returned to school.
  • If the child is not attending school or online classes for more than a month without informing the school, it would be understood that the student will not continue the school further and Management has the right to release the seat for the prospective student who is on waitlist. Further, the same student who is willing to re-join will be treated as a new admission and undergo the same payment procedure.
