State Initiates Youtube Channel For School Students

In these pandemic times, when everything is shifting to digital. Education is one of those fields that has been shifting and adapting a lot of new things because Schools are closed due to Covid-19.


Maharashtra govt. has taken one more considerable step towards this. The Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training (MSCERT), an institute of state, has initiated 4 YouTube Channels for Urdu and Marathi Medium Schools' students.  


SCERT Deputy Director Vikas Garad has said that these 4 SCERT MH channels are going to benefit students from class 1 to class 10. In the next few days, similar channels will be rolled out for Hindi and English medium.

Two channels for Marathi and Urdu medium students from Class 1 to Class 7 and another two for students from Class 8 to Class 10 were launched on YouTube today,” he said. All these channels are free, he added. 


For class 12 Science and Humanities stream separate channels will be started. Garad said that these channels will be ad-free.
