With the introduction of online classes, the screen-time for children has increased. The restriction on going out to play has forced them to replace it with television and mobile games, further adding up to the screen-time. Below are some diet tips to take care of your child’s eye health during such situations.

1. No kid hates chocolate, so pair it up with Almonds which are rich in Vitamin-E, and give it to them at any time of the day.
2. Eggs and cheese, both rich in Vitamin-A would work well for eye health.
3. A bowl of mixed fruits, including the ones rich in Vitamin-A, is the most basic for eyes.
4. Fishes include omega 3 fatty acids, salmon and sardines. If you are a non- vegetarian, this is the best item to be included in the eye health diet.
5. Vegetables are rich in all types of nutrients. So, to feed these to your children easily, give them in the form of vegetable patty inside a burger or try some other creative way out.
