Q. Is there any difference in applying via Ezyschooling or via the school website?

NO! there is absolutely no difference. Ezyschooling is the official application partner for these schools, making the process smart and efficient. Your method of applying does not impact the selection process or the points awarded, as the selection criterion is the same for everyone.

Q. Why is the total cart amount more than the application form fee mentioned in the school profile?

The total cart amount that you are seeing includes three specific breakdowns:
  • Application Form Fee: The amount fixed by the school ( in case of Delhi, fixed by DoE) to fill its application form.
  • Convenience: Platform fee of ₹20 for digital submission of your application, including payment gateway charges, on-site tracking and points calculation.
  • Tracking Fee: Optional, in case you want to receive real-time alerts on the status of your application, whenever schools take any action.

Q. Why am I being asked to pay a ‘Convenience Fee’?

We charge a convenience fee of ₹20 for the digital submission process that saves you the fuel, time, and hassle of visiting multiple schools. It also includes on-site tracking so you can see whether your application has been acknowledged or if any action is taken regarding your application by the schools.

Q. What is the difference between Convenience Free and Tracking Fee?

The Convenience Fee covers submission and on-site tracking. On the other hand, the Tracking Fee is specifically for real-time monitoring of your application. While you get on-site tracking through your dashboard, this tracking fee covers real-time alerts through WhatsApp, SMS and e-mail, ensuring that you stay updated on every change without having to manually check the dashboard again and again.

Q. Till When can I purchase a school's application form?

Forms can be purchased up until the school's application window officially closes. We strongly advise purchasing and submitting well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Q. Will I get a receipt after the payment?

Yes. Once the purchase is complete, a button labelled "Download Payment Receipt" will be visible. Just click on the button to start downloading the payment receipt.

Q. Will my application be submitted if I purchase the form?

No. Purchasing the form only grants you access to fill it out. You must then fill the form completely with all details and documents, and click the final "Submit" button for the application to be sent to the school.

Q. Will I get a refund if my application is not selected for admission?

No, the application fee is non-refundable regardless of whether or not you are selected for admission. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

Q. I added 5 schools to the cart but can see only 3 here. What is the issue?

This likely means you are viewing the cart for a different child. Only the schools selected for the currently displayed child will appear. If you chose the remaining schools for another applicant, click on the "Change" option towards the top of the page to view their selected schools.

Q. Can I add schools from 5 different classes or children in one cart?

No. Each cart is specific to one child and one class. If you want to apply for another child or a different class, switch the child profile before adding schools.
